Car rentals are available at the airports. If you expect to do any backcountry driving you will want to rent a 4X4 with high clearance.

Kanab is on Mountain Standard Time, one hour ahead of Las Vegas. As you are traveling between Utah, Arizona, and Nevada be aware of Daylight Savings Time. Arizona opts out of Daylight Savings time; half of the year Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time (November – March), the other half of the year Arizona is on Pacific Standard Time (March-November).
